I was recently in the Rogers Store as i wamted to switch grom Bell to Rogers and i was assisted by Kimberly. I have to say that she knows the technology very well and she made my transition work very smoothly. I really appreciate all her assistance.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and willing to assist down to the smallest detail. Walking customers to the door is an added touch to show how they value they're customers.

Although the service is fast I have continuously had issues with the way they set my billing up for my phones. I never receive my bill whether it be via email or mailed and payments never go through. Every time I go in there the staff isn’t too much help and don’t help out with problems properly

Was looking to switch providers and get on a better plan! Met Josh the other day who is the MAN! Got me on a plan that works for me at an affordable price! Very professional, answered all my questions with ease, and an all round great guy!! Definitely ask for Josh next time you go in!!! Thanks again man!
