Dan's approach to strength training is phenomenal. Dan has been working with my 14 yr old son for several months now, As my son goes through chemotherapy Dan has helped him get his strength, energy and confidence back. He is an amazing trainer and friend. His physical training and nutritional knowledge is above reproach.
