I converted my home and my shop heating system from oil to natural gas. Milligan's installed 2 furnaces, 2 water heaters, 2 air conditioners and 1 tube heater for me over the course of 1 year. The trained technicians were polite, friendly and cleaned up after the job. Milligan Heating has technicians that are licensed for oil, gas and propane, so they were able to disconnect and remove the oil system as well as install the new equipment. They were knowledgeable and took pride in the work they did for me. I could not be happier with the job done by Bob and Andrew Milligan and staff.

Amazing service! Was told by another company the oil smell from my furnace was normal. I didn’t think so, therefore I called Milligan & they informed me that it’s “not normal” & had someone come right away to access & fixed my issue. I can’t believe I would have smelled all the fumes for the season. Thanks again for everything!

We were looking for a heating and air conditioning solution that didn't require a furnace and expensive duct work. Andrew suggested an air source heat pump mini-split system. It covered our heating and cooling needs with no problem. It's so quick to heat up and cool down and has been running for three years now with no issues at all. We are extremely happy with it and the service we received!
