    Just finished my trial with Crossfit Exhilarate a short while ago and even though I will not be able to join due to my work schedule I wanted to take the time to review my experience.

    From my first orientation/meeting with Cody and during my class experience, I was warmly greeted, welcomed and always encouraged.

    The coaches always gave the impression that they we're dedicated and willing to assist.

    The facility is well equipped and workouts are challenging yet rewarding.
    If you haven't had a chance to try out Crossfit Exhilarate I would recommend doing so.

    If you want an inclusive, fun, professional environment to train, you have found your place. At CFE, everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level. If you are new to Crossfit, that’s perfectly okay- the small classes allow coaches to train all athletes and personal training is available too. Come join us and get sweaty!
