Cuyler! Wow, excellent service..., truly! We are the owners a 2018 Titan..., had a concerning service matter that was completely covered off by Nissan, Cuyler and the Service Team at Experience Nissan. 100% no questions asked..., the vehicle was diagnosed and the work was done! No run around, delays or excuses..., true customer service in my books! Unfortunately I can't speak for the Sales Team (maybe next time), but as far as Cuyler, Nissan and the Service Team at Experience Nissan..., 5 star plus! These folks totally stood behind their product and the customers they serve. Very, very pleased!!
Over the past couple of months, I have encountered a couple of issues with my vehicle and have had to have it serviced at Experience Nissan, Orillia. Although car troubles are never fun, my experiences at this location have been absolutely fabulous. Every team member I spoke to, in every department, was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The customer service I experienced (during both visits) was phenomenal and I appreciate it so much.

Thank you so much for such great service and support. After buying my Nissan at another dealership and having nothing but issues with my car/ dealership and after my last interaction and them not being able to have the car in for over two weeks when I was having headlight issues I called Orillia. You where so accommodating and helpful and from now on I will drive out of my way to bring my service to you. I wish I bought my car here instead! It was like comparing night and day to the type of service and quality of service I received compared to where I purchased the car.
Today I purchased my second new vehicle from Experience Nissan. Krista is a wonderful, kind and very knowledgeable person. I drove 400 km from my home to purchase my 2020 Rogue and it was worth it. My experience buying my first car could not have been easier thanks to the team at Experience Nissan.
Shelby was very helpful from the get-go and transparent with every aspect of the transaction. She is excellent at what she does and not at all like the typical sales representatives that I had been warned about prior to beginning my search. She was assuring and understanding of my concerns. Knowing that this was going to be my first new car, she made sure I understood absolutely everything there was to know about my purchase and she was very patient with me. Not to mention I love my new Micra! I am so glad I chose this dealership.
