Excellent communication was present. The project manager that communicated with us every day and responded quickly to any questions we had was Steven. Every time I had to contact them, I received a professional response and had the impression that they genuinely wanted to assist me.

I had a small replacement job. Steven spoke to me as though I had just spent a large sum of money. They did a great job on the work. They gave an explanation of their actions. And perhaps most crucially, I'd use them again without a doubt.

They were the only business to respond to my email request within 12 hours, and they also gave me a price the same day. They visited several times prior to the start of the job to go over specifics and offer suggestions. They even went above and above the call of duty to demolish some concrete steps for me at a very competitive price. Every day, the site was left immaculate, and Steve stopped by at the end of the day to make sure everything was going according to plan.

We selected Ideal Siding to replace the cedar siding on our home. They did an awesome job. They came in on time and on budget. More importantly they explored different insulation options with us and meticulously seal the entire home envelope.
