Joanna captured our little family so perfectly and we’re completely in love with the photos. Wrangling a 9 month old is no easy task but Joanna was fantastic to work with on the day of the photoshoot - she accommodated a different time for us so that my daughter would be in a better mood and made her, my husband and myself comfortable during the session on her beautiful property. Honestly, the photoshoot was much more effortless than I had anticipated because Joanna was so easy to be around. As a first time parent, I’m so glad we made the effort to organize the photos so we can remember these days and Joanna was the best person for the job. We would definitely do another family session with her in the future.

Joanna being part of our wedding day was one of the best wedding decisions we made! She is not only very talented at what she does but also a ton of fun to be around. She made us feel comfortable and at ease. She has a very special gift of capturing the movement, feelings and energy of the day in her work. We loved working with Joanna! For our elopement, we wanted someone to be able to capture the intimacy of our day. She did that, and so much more. Joanna has beautifully captured my breastfeeding journey with both kids now and I am so grateful for her and her talent! She makes you feel at ease and captures moments as they are meant to be captured…in their raw, but beautiful form! During our latest shoot with Joanna, my son was not overly cooperative while breastfeeding and also put a plant in his mouth, which caused him to be sick to his stomach. Because of this, in all honesty, I was concerned about how the shoot had gone. When Joanna returned our gallery to us, however, I was amazed by the images that she had captured in a less than ideal situation. They are so beautiful and real and they tell the story of us so thoroughly and perfectly! Thanks Joanna!

Joanna has now documented the early days of my son, the bump of my daughter and now our two children on the land that we own. Our home is littered with moments she has captured for us over the years. She has taken our life simply as it is and turned it into art. She has captured emotion and feeling I didn’t know was possible, our love and personality beams through every photograph. Thank you Joanna, what you have done for us is priceless.
