Oil change was quick and excellent service. Had a lot of road grime and they offered a quick power wash. Was very impresssed

This place has a level of customer service that many companies in Orillia could learn from. Who would have guessed an oil shop in Orillia would treat their customers with so much respect, holding the door open, cleaning my car floors, fixing stuff I didn't know about, offering me coffee, called me back about a question I had on the invoice...

Truly doing a fantastic job at Master Lube! Great place if you are in a hurry and want white glove service. Not the cheapest place in town but ...definitely a family owned and well operated company.

Great quick service. Staff was friendly and helpful

Tiffany went out of her way literally. It was very close to closing and Tiffany came right to my house to help me with my car issue. The result was NOT fault of her and her team that also stayed and waited for us to return to assess my car.
Thanks to you all for sticking around and extra thanks to Tiffany for crawling under my car in my very icy cold driveway
