If you love all things British this is the place to go. Excellent selection of products from Scotland, Ireland and England. The owner is a Scotsman and makes all his own baked goods and pies. If I could I would rate this place as 7 out of 5.
I can see why this place gets so many 5 stars ratings. First time i visited this bakery today and took home some superb Steak and kidney pies ( my favorite)and sausage rolls which where all great.. I should have have bought more ...they were excellent , but wont return to the area for a few month's. All pies including steak, beef and pork pies are made on the premises . I guarantee they are excellent. I have to return here next time I am in Orillia.
Great store with a wide variety of products. The owner Dave is great, he's friendly, and very helpful and always good for a laugh! Barb is also great you can tell she enjoys working with Dave. Lots of different British sweets, chocolates, sauces as well as lots of homemade items, such as tarts, shortbread cookies, and different meat pies, lots of other homemade products. Also has a couple of tables and chairs if you'd like to sit down for a bite to eat. Prices are very reasonable for great products! Always have to stop here whenever I make it to Orillia!
Wonderful section of all things British. You get a warm welcome any time I've been to the shop, friendly service. Some things may seem pricey, but then again, it is imported after all.
Excellent little shop for British food and treats. The owner is a great guy, very funny and friendly, and the lady who works with him is extremely nice. TRY THE STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING! It's almost sinful it's so good. Lots of biscuits, cakes, and sweets to choose from and they're all good. So are the Scotch Eggs, sausage rolls, and scotch pies. Prices are very reasonable - just keep in mind real Mark's & Spencer's biscuits have to travel a long way to get here, so they are more expensive than cheap grocery store cookies... but, if you want top quality, you pay a bit more for it. And I dont mind that in the least!
