Very nice, polite, fast and efficient! When I called to book an appointment for someone to come look at my dishwasher the lady on the phone was very polite and asked me a few questions on the phone (even the exact model of my dishwasher and where to find that information) to try and determine what the issue might be, that way they could hopefully have the part/ parts needed on the truck to fix it that day. When Jason came to my house he was on time, very polite and respectful in my house by being mindful of any mess his equipment may make and also wearing those little booties in my house as to not make any mess. He came and diagnosis my dishwasher and then repaired it that day because he had the part on his truck. I was one happy girl to have my dishwasher back especially that day as I was thinking he would have to come back at a later date to repair it. I understand that having the repair done on the same day is not always possible but it sure worked out great for this shift worker. I would highly recommend this Mr. Appliance and their services any day. Thanks for the great work Jason!
We had an intermittent smell of gas coming from the area of our gas stove. Jason came & found that the gas pipe was not sealed properly & quickly repaired it. Price for the repair was quite reasonable.
Best service hands down. Came friday had parts and fixed by Wednesday. Doing laundry as we speak. Came promptly as soon as he had the parts to make sure we could do laundry. Absolutely amazing
Had Andrew P in this afternoon to diagnose my 17 year old front loader. I was pretty sure it was needing a pump. Andrew did his thing and confirmed my suspicion. I wasn't certain if investing in a repair was in my best interest considering the age of the machine, but Andrew poked around and didn't seem to think there were any overt concerns. I proceeded with the repair, and am hopeful that I'll get another few years as it has been a great machine! Thanks Andrew for your expertise!
