  Food is always great but the staff is why we keep coming in one to two times a week. They are friendly funny and fun and always accommodating when we ask to switch things up or make something that is not on the regular menu. Jeff and the guys in the back do an amazing job.

  Good... Quick service but could have used another minute in the fryer. I got the chicken tenders and they were floppy and not crunchy. But the taste was there...yummy
  Fries were cold too. But again delicious..

  Amazing food! The staff was wonderful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products! We had to wait a couple of minutes for the chicken as they were busy but the chicken was worth the wait. We will definitely come back to this location as we didn’t feel like it was fast food but rather a welcoming place to sit and eat. A+ Popeyes Orillia!!

  The staff here are terrific! Always friendly, always fast and I have never experienced an incorrect order. They make great suggestions too. AND the chicken...the BEST!! I don’t know what they do but the chicken is fresh, juicy and the perfect spice! Recently went to a Popeyes in London and won’t ever return there is no comparison. Well done Orillia Team!

  The manager there is the absolute sweetest lady! I have never not seen her go above and beyond what her job requires her to do to provide excellent and friendly service. She treats customers like it’s a sit down restaurant!
