(January 2, 2019, 9:53 pm)Don't have much experience with other cigar shops, but the staff are always helpful,.... and patient when you really have no idea what you are looking for. Able to give good feedback on smoke characteristics and recommend alternatives. Definitely recommend for beginner/newbies like me, plus it just smells awesome in the cigar room. Plus plus, heated patio to smoke on in winter.
(December 12, 2018, 6:23 am)I did not find what I was looking for (in my foot size) . However there was so much more in the shop all at reasonable prices. Not to mention that the woman helping me was extremely knowledgeable about the products in the shop & was very kind. As they did not have my size & they were discontinued she also gave me some suggestions on where to find what I was looking for. ( customer service is alive!-)
