The 2 male staff where amazing. Helpful to help my friend find the things she needed for her 2 Chihuahuas . Only thing they never seem to have cat food samples lol
Love this store. Had such an amazing experience there buying items for our new rescue. Fiona was so nice and knowledgeable and spent so much time with us, making sure we picked out all the right things for our pooch. She was amazing! Will be going back to this location for their excellent customer service and selection.
Amazing selections of food, treats, toys for so many pets. I was finally able to find a fruity food/treat that my bird loves
This store is absolutely amazing. The two staff who helped me today with my new puppy Oswald were so helpful and made my experience as a new puppy owner less stressful. I came in because another pet store in Orillia gave me poor service and these employees made up for it. They helped me find some chew toys, and treats that Oswald would eat. I will definitely be back to this store for all of Oswald’s needs. Thank you guys so much.
