Fast, Friendly and Professional. I sent my Abu Garcia C4 reel to Rockey's as I had some issues with ice up last winter while hunting Musky. They completed the repair in a timely manner after I shipped it away, and at a reasonable cost. The reel is now smooth as butter and saved me a $200+ purchase on a new reel.
Excellent overall service... just wish they were local to save on those shipping costs!
My ultrex had been leaking for some time and the whole lower unit got wrecked. I called rockeys Tuesday, and by lunch on Wednesday I had my whole replacement lower unit at my door in cobourg. Tyler was a pleasure to deal with and knew exactly what I needed. Dont call anyone else.
