We were very happy with the work done by the guys at CC Underground. They were professional, efficient, the price was right, and they got the job done in one day. They even stuck to their original quote, even though the job ended up being more costly than originally thought. Christian and Scott were both great to deal with; professional, kind, and really good about practicing social distancing and wearing masks and gloves. On top of all that, they were able to get the material weeks faster than we thought to patch our driveway; AND did it for us for cost!! I can’t say enough about this company and look forward to having them back to do more work. We definitely highly recommend Christian, Scott, and CC Underground.

I engaged CC Underground to install a water service to my home. The process was quite intimidating to me but the person we connected with, Scott Anderson, knew everything their was to know. He made it easy to understand and was crystal clear about how they would handle the work - no surprises. Clearly an organized guy, he responds to inquiries within hours and has great attention to detail. He turned around the documentation for our road occupancy permit on the same day with no errors. The crew showed up on the scheduled date, on time and wasted no time getting set up and active. The men on site were polite and took the time to show me what was happening. They even stopped to help my neighbour to back out her car between their equipment. They are highly skilled in their trade but the way they interact with customers is most impressive.

We hired CC Underground to install a new water service and a new hydro line to our home and they showed up with an impressive array of equipment (vac truck, directional drill, excavator, etc) on the day they promised.

We have a challenging property with hills and forest so getting these services to our home was going to be very difficult… or so I thought. The crew was great, very professional and worked quickly. The precision they achieve with their directional drill is remarkable. Most impressively they were able to drill from the street all the way to our home and then under our house right to a one foot square spot in the middle of our basement where the new water pipe needed to be.

They were able to complete both the water and hydro jobs in just one day with minimal disruption to our property and did a great job of clean up.

I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing underground installation work done.
