Simon and his crew were recommended by a friend to do the preparations for our kitchen renovation. Matt and Jesse came exactly when he said they would each day. They were efficient and pleasant and kept their worksite extremely clean. (they washed the floor each day when they were done work!) The delivery of our new exhaust fan was delayed by months. When it finally arrived, we called Simon and he sent Jesse to install it within days. Allan and I were very pleased with their work and work ethic. We will be calling Simon again for sure and we would absolutely recommend him to others.

We just finished our main floor/kitchen renovation - including custom kitchen, flooring, shiplap ceilings, and tiled bath/entrance. We are beyond blown away by how our dream renovation turned out!! We had shiplap installed on our vaulted ceiling. It was a challenging installation but IKD did a wonderful job and we are thrilled with the results. They were on time and cleaned up after. I would definitely recommend Simon and IKD.

Importantly for us, they were able to custom design the entire project from scratch. The rooms are one long room and the design was older having not been renovated since the house was built in '92. We sort of knew what we wanted, but were not able to describe it well. Simon and his team did a fantastic job on a tight deadline during the pandemic.

I really couldn't recommend them enough! We plan on using IKD for all our future renovations.

IKD INC just finished a full bathroom remodel at our home. We went from a toilet and sink in an outdated small space to expanding the room with a shower, sink and vanity. They also added another entrance to our laundry room and moved the appliances(electrical and plumbing) to be it’s own separate room now. We had some ideas of what we wanted done and they brought the vision to life. There was lots of plumbing, electrical, and moving of walls to be done. The guys were very professional and friendly. Keeping us updated on progress and ideas they had to make the space better suit our needs. The bathroom door was old and outdated. We couldn’t find a door that would work and fit our budget so they rebuilt it. It looks incredible! We LOVE our new bathroom and can’t wait to work with them again!

IKD renovated our house. They managed to make it look fantastic despite our budget. The house looked so good we sold it for 10% more than the exact same model on our street sold for a few weeks later! Excellent job, friendly people, reliable work. We will use them again for our next project!
