My new home is very well made, finish from the inside great and I love the fact that the floor plan was exactly right. Cozy and comfy!

Great quality and workmanship. New home delivered on time. Trades people were coordinated, and process relatively turnkey. Excavation, Land Surveys, and all Permits are homeowners responsibility. Sales team, and project coordinator were available to assist with guidance during this process.

Highly recommend this company!! My girlfriend and I were both first time home buyers and Barrie Build and Design helped us out every step of the way. Laura and the team at Guildcrest walked us through the entire process: concept, design, timeline, delivery and even years after they are still checking in on us to make sure we are happy.
