The Royal Pets Hotel and Spa

The Royal Pets Hotel is absolutely amazing! We had to leave our cat in their care when covid hit so we could return home to Sydney, but due to Australian government quarantine rules our cat could not return home with us until later in the year. As it happened, with the pandemic our poor cat was staying in boarding for nearly 7 months at Royal Pets before we could finally get him on a flight home. We would have been beside ourselves with worry but the staff at Royal Pets took the absolute best care of him, treated him like family and gave us regular updates. Not only that - they took care of all his vet visits and assisted with the paperwork at their end so we could arrange to get him home. Cannot thank them enough for looking after our little guy for so long - he's returned home so very happy, which is a testament to Royal Pets!

The only place to board a cat!! Of course they have a separate building for dogs but the cat building is amazing. 3 tier sleeping area, plenty of room. Each room has a window and individual heating. The best, weather permitting a hatch to let your cat from its room to its own screened in outdoor area. Such a treat. Staff are perfect too!! I’ve taken my cat here many many times; short and long stays. We never have to worry when she’s at The Royal Pets Hotel and Spa!! Thank you!
