Update: I had to bring my computer back to them, a year later because I messed it up downloading something. They fixed it quickly and a very old computer is working great. These are great guys who go above and beyond any store I have ever been too. They are the best. Thanks guys.

Absolutely the best. They fixed both my laptop and desktop, installed two printers and when I got home and wasn't sure what I was doing with a new printer, I simply called and he talked me through it. I can't say enough good things about them. They have me as a lifelong customer.

Brought my pc in due to issues with windows updates. They fixed it super fast and I didn't lose anything on my computer. They were so nice and friendly and the price was very reasonable! When the store where I purchased my system and another repair shop told me my hard drive was lost including all the baby pictures of my son, Computer Direct got them back and I have been a loyal customer since. They are always pleasant and fast and have always exceeded expectations including pricing! It's now 8 years later and they are still surprising me with their service and attitude. Highly recommend.
