My first experience with Neil, he is :
PROMPT- arriving within a few hours of my initial call for a non functional fridge
PROFESSIONAL- right down to automatically at the door changing his shoes to slippers ! & arriving fully equipped with tools in hand
EXPERT- in his field with a lifelong passion, knows his makes & models
PRECISE - got right into the job, made quick call for parts & made sure it was a speaker call- so no surprises or added interpretations
SERVICE - no “sales” pitch, gave his opinions freely about his knowledge in the industry - as far as “customer service” His focus was on the appliance, as it should be
So 5 star rating for him -would certainly recommend his services.

Called regarding a dishwasher repair issue. He was to the point and succinct and helped me out - without my using his repair service. I will rate an honest tradesman 5 stars any day.

Next day service, he had the part in stock so my fridge was working by the next night. Excellent service, reasonable prices.

Prompt. Professional. Very knowledgeable. This man has over forty years of experience and it shows. I've only used him twice, for two separate appliances, and both times I learned a lot about the underlying issues that caused the problems and how (when applicable) to avoid them again. Plus, he's very reasonably priced. I'd give him a 6 star rating, but he's not free.

I had Neil come to repair my Whirlpool Duet dryer. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable about the product. It needed a replacement part which he had in stock so I didn't have to wait. He had the part installed and he cleaned up within an hour. He gave me tips for general care and maintenance of my dryer to help extend the reliability of it and keep my family safe. I am extremely pleased and would recommend this service for anyone who wants a reputable and knowledgeable professional to maintain and repair your appliances.
