(March 26, 2014, 12:46 am)Our Mom pre-arranged her funeral many years ago. With her passing last week, I contacted PFH to
make final arrangements. From the first contact, our loss was acknowledged, same day meeting was arranged, and funeral visitation occurred 2 days later. The funeral director prepared Mom (at age 96) with fineness for visitation; she looked amazing!
Our every need was met, including our wishes for display of our treasures from Mom, playing step-dance and fiddle music from a disc we prepared and arranging the back of the room in theatre seating style for people to enjoy the 104 picture presentation we had prepared with the use of their big screen set-up.
All the staff were warm & supportive. When a loved one passes, this is the funeral home to go to.
