Got rid of our old 100lb tanks and signed up with Sparlings. They delivered and installed a much larger tank. It had a small amount of propane in it and we were told a truck would come by to fill it up in the next day or two. It's now over a month later and we are almost empty. They keep promising to send someone to fill the tank. But so far nothing.

Update:
Changed from 1 star to 3 stars. I got a response from the customer service manager. He looked into the issue and a truck came by at 6pm to fill my tank. I'm very happy with the service that I received today. Apparently there were some mistakes made that have been resolved. I hope to be able to increase my rating in the future.
