Recently purchased a Giant E-Bike... the sales staff and bike techs were great.
Made the process easy and with lots of helpful advise.
Would highly recommend this shop.
If this store was closer to my home I’d see if I could get a job there as a greeter... terrific place!

Excellent customer service. I tried other stores and was unable to get help, called Giant Barrie and was helped right away. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Its 45 mins away from me but I will continue to go to them, it’s worth the drive!

Best Bike Shop in Barrie. Chris, Kylie & Chris provide excellent customer service. They are extremely knowledgable, super friendly and take the time to answer any questions you might have. I had a technical issue with an e-bike that I purchased and they went beyond the call to make sure it was resolved. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I'm new again to the biking world. I've been to this shop about 6 times int he past month. They are very busy and low on stock because of Covid, understandably. Staff work really hard and I respect that. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would say they have really taken care of my wife and I. We spent a lot of money there...and we are happy to have done so. I will pay good money for good service and good product. I've not even set foot in another bike shop in Barrie. I don't think I need to.
