Alice provided service at our house yesterday and although we weren’t home she called to ensure we knew she was there. She removed a couple of wasp nests we hadn’t even noticed. Each time they have come, service has been great.

Rasheed was pleasant, informative and listened to all my concerns and followed up with solutions. He cleaned out the webs so I can be able to tell if the spiders will return as well as helped with our ant issue. It was raining so he could not spray but promised to leave a note to return right away to clear up our issue which I was impressed with as the prior technician did not do. He took responsibility and every time effort to solve our issues as well as asked before he left if there was anything else we needed. If you get Rasheed to come to your residence you know the job will be done and done well.

Danny-the Insight technician arrived on time and fully briefed on our contract imperatives. He clearly explained the process and then proceeded to complete the project in a thorough and timely manner. At this time-very early in our professional relationship we feel that our needs and expectations were clearly understood and effectively addressed. The proof will be in the controlled insect pudding and we will monitor the outcome and report again in due course.
