To anyone looking to work with this company with your personalized items: DO IT. I'll tell you why:

1. I contacted Ben to engrave 10 hangers for my wedding to give to my bridesmaids. He was so helpful, and let me change my mind a million times on the design. He even drove out of his way to deliver them! Let me tell you, they turned out amazing! The workmanship is impeccable and fully customizable to be anything you want.

2. 5 days before the wedding we realized that our previous plans for the groomsmen gifts had fallen through. Benjamin came to the rescue. He went and picked up the gifts from his supplier in case they wouldn't ship to him in time. Then he worked well past 2 am on back to back nights designing and engraving the items. Best of all, the gifts look remarkable. I can't even describe to you how good everything looks. It is way better than what I ever imagined. Also, get this, he will be driving over an hour out of his way to make the delivery so that I can get these gifts in time for my wedding.

I've never had better customer service anywhere. So accommodating and friendly, just all around A+

Great gift ideas at super great pricing.

I got a cutting board and some coasters specially made and then lasered by Chappys Engraving. The people there are amazingly friendly and the prices were the best around. If I could rate them above 5 stars I would !!!
