If you're looking someone who will work with your schedule, knows the area, goes the extra mile, supports you through the whole buying process than Rob Hemming is your guy. Recently decided to move to Balm Beach from Whitby, Rob was recommended by a friend after another realtor dropped the ball. We travelled 2 hours to see a house and they couldn't make an appointment after giving them 3 days notice in advance. Rob came to our rescue and set up appointments within an hour of talking to him. If you are traveling any distance to see a property you would be advised to use a trustworthy agent.
