Tried physio for the first time about two weeks ago. Had a minor shoulder discomfort and pain and was extremely impressed with the level of 1:1 care I received. Very knowledgeable and his attention to detail is amazing. Would highly recommend this as your first choice! Left with less discomfort in my shoulder and stretches/ movements to help strengthen it!
