Not Your Everyday K9S

We recently started using NYEK9 for our 4 year old English Springer, Bailey. Jocelyn and Mallory have been absolutely spectacular. We have had the full meal deal, day care, boarding, training and grooming. Jocelyn and Mallory have exceeded our expectations in every interaction and Bailey, although stressed by the drive, is super excited and comfortable, every time we drop her off now.

IHave to first say we are new fur parents and we just moved to the area. We had someone that was going to groom Jaydee however she was not available so my search began. I found NYEK9 and decided to try them out. I'm so glad I did Jaydee came home handsome and very happy the cut was great and just what I wanted for him I know he was matted but they did their best not to shave him down It was awesome .. i then inquired about daycare and again we were very nervous about leaving our puppy with people we didn't know. It was the best thing we did! They knew we were very nervous about leaving him, they communicated with us throughout the day sending us pictures of him having a great time and making new friends. They took wonderful care of him. He has even had sleep overs. He loves going to daycare and literally jumps out of the jeep the minute we get there! He comes home happy and exhausted. They are so great with him! If you are new or looking for a place to send your furbaby for the day or grooming or even a sleep over this is the place! So much love for the doggies from the minute you get there.

Mallory and Jocelyn are amazing with our dogs. We have been to other kennels and have never felt at ease the way we do now.

We have gone on short day trips, long extended holidays and we also send them in for daycare here and there and every time the dogs come back exhausted and happy.

Our dogs were socially anxious before because of the environment in other daycares and we find now that they can’t wait to get out of the car to start playing with their friends.

Mallory and Jocelyn know each dog, their strengths and their limitations and love them all as if they were their own.

Moose loves Mallory and Jocelyn. He started with day training, because I had concerns with his leash walking and “wardening” behaviours. He has made amazing progress and he now goes there for day care. They are amazing at sending picture and video updates of his progress and fun.

My 3yr old heeler has been training with Joce for a few years now and she just loves her! Heelers are extremely brilliant working dogs and it takes someone who really knows what they are doing to be able to handle them appropriately. Jocelyn and Mallory are so good with her it honestly blows my mind how much detail they put into their work. They take the time to ensure your dog feels comfortable and they use total force free training tactics, which I love! Joce recommended we start off with just 2 hour sessions and after several months have slowly transitioned her to full days. There is a noticeable difference in my girls overall attitude and confidence since training with Joce. We are working towards getting her more comfortable with other dogs and I have no doubt if anyone can get her where she should be, it's Joce! Mallory and Jocelyn both are so passionate about what they do, they have immense knowledge on different breeds as well as health care when it comes to dogs. I fully trust them to take the best care of my girl and deal with any healthcare needs that may arise. They are so thorough and professional in the way they care for the dogs in their care, they noticed a hot spot on my dog in her half day of daycare that I didn't even notice and I live with her! (she did not get the hot spot with them just an fyi) I cannot recommend these girls enough, they are amazing! I worked in the pet care industry for almost 7 years and have seen a lot, but honestly have never seen people with such passion and knowledge towards our furry friends! They have taught me so much about the well-being of dogs and I have learned so much about dog training since started working with them - they are all about not only caring about your dog but also loading you with lots of knowledge so you too, can take the best care of your dog! Their facility is crazy clean and each dog has their own cozy suite, my girl loves her suite so much she runs into it! They have a good sized backyard that is split into two runs so the dogs have lots of room to run around and play! They offer grooming too which Joce is amazing at! She is so gentle and gives her the best pampering session, she even uses shampoo that brightens her white tail! Their facility isn't run like a lot of daycares, they focus on 1 to 1, more personalized daycare for your dog. They don't take in as many dogs at once so they are able cater to your dogs needs more which is so hard to find! I am so happy I found these girls, they truly have done nothing but amazing things for my sweet, anxious girl who really needs someone who knows what they are talking about because she is not easy! Thank you Mallory and Jocelyn for doing what you do! I would not trust my girl with anyone else, keep up the amazing work!❤️
