Cassie’s personal training is top notch! She pushes me and writes down my progress which makes it more tangible. Cassie uses SMART goal setting and allows us to set a goal for me that is attainable!

(April 17, 2023, 10:52 pm)I’ve been going to Cassandra’s classes for a year now! No two have ever been the same. There’s so much variety, she’s energetic and fun! I love the bootcamp total body workouts! It’s a casual non-competitive atmosphere. The music is an added bonus. Highly recommend!
