After thoroughly reviewing quality and pricing of equipment trailers I purchased a beautiful Triumph 7-Ton trailer. Leanne provided excellent sales support with strong communication over the weeks leading up to delivery. She contacted Triumph on specific details and even managed a custom design and pricing with the manufacturer on my behalf. I ultimately purchased mine from existing inventory after viewing the model at the Barrie location. There, Colton provided one on one sales support in person. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me decide which model was best for me after looking at several models and weighing the advantages of each. Upon pick-up he mounted an optional galvanized toolbox I ordered as well as an 8-bolt galvanized spare tire and mount. He showed me all the details for hooking up and helped me calibrate my electric brakes. He provided the paperwork necessary for me to take to Service Ontario for registration. Overall these folks deserve top marks! I highly recommend them. Their price was the most competitive I found.

Leanne was very accommodating, she took me to the nearest Service On to get a new plate,(at my cost, which is normal), and went through every aspect of the trailer with me. Leanne was knowledgeable about the fabrication process, (I am a mechanical detailer so I can confirm she knew her stuff). I am looking forward to purchasing my next new trailer from Leanne at Beyond Trailer Sales!
