New to the rural area and after assuming my home wanted to change the locks. Steve arrived on time, professional and expert, discussed the lock options, both pros and cons to help me better understand and decide on the most effective option to meet my safety needs. I felt well taken care of and heard, the lock solution was the right one for me. Steve took the time to explain and educate. He had me hold the existing lock and the proposed lock and there was a significant difference in quality, weight, durability and compromise risk.
