(December 6, 2018, 1:23 pm)Amazing staff and customer service. Accidentally stepped on my glasses and cannot see without them, right away they got the sample frames and gave them to me free of charge on the spot instead of sending for repair.

After a handful of calls to local optometrists, no one was able to see me on such short notice. They did! I couldn't be more thankful or satisfied!
