It is very clean with the units nicely spaced apart, each having an adequate amount of green space around to help with privacy. Grounds always appear nicely groomed when we visit. Lots of visitors' parking. Situated on a quiet area, newly developed but not too far from shops and stores.

A friend lives here. Nice townhouse with very small yard. Swimming pool; scenic pond; lots of places to walk and ride a bike. Club house. Nice community.
