I am very glad I have found this service. The Fix team was timely, professional, and honest. They repaired an old oven, replacing necessary parts, and was concerned about safety issues of my kids. I recommend it because they are efficient and honest.

Well, I should say that I am really impressed. I have a 15 year old dryer that stopped working. I called a Fix team and left a voicemail. I got a call the following morning and a technician stopped by. He was very courteous, but above all, competent. He checked carefully the dryer and told me that I had a wire that rubbed against the drum, resulting in a short circuit. He fixed the issue and lubed all the moving parts. I am a satisfied customer and would highly recommend these guys!

I've called this company for several repairs and all have been done completely, in a timely manner and for an excellent price. They've taken care of my disposal (electrical issue), my 20 year old dryer, my 20 year washing machine and my 21 year old refrigerator that I thought I would have to replace. Fantastic response times and customer service. Based on my experience, I question the authenticity of some of the less complimentary reviews.

I was unlucky just to buy my first home and the refrigerator needed repair. I called another appliance repair company first but the guy was on leave. So I found Fix Appliances Ca. Before I called I read the great reviews and looked at all photos! Look like great competent people and I gave them the call. One of the fix it guys showed up within the time agreed with enthusiasm and a smile on his face. He immediately diagnosis the issue showed me the problem gave solution and called for the part right then and there. Easy going fun interaction and a pleasant meeting. He definitely knows his stuff. And I happy with the 20 dollar discount.

Perfect. We tried to buy and replace simple parts for our dishwasher but after the parts arrived, I found the Fix via a Google search and explained the situation - and because they were a team and understood what needed to be done (opposed to a operator abroad) they quoted me a fair price and we scheduled an appointment. They sent a text when were on the way, on time, courteous and professional. They brought a third person to assist just in case he had to remove the microwave, at no charge. They were really very fast (both jobs done in 15 minutes) they charged as per the quote and I could not be more pleased. Great job!
