Expect to start with a home consultation by owner, Michaela, and her thorough briefing to staff at the commencement of and at the end of the work to ensure that the customer is tickled by the quality. Extreme care in thinking through every detail; like using your own vacuum cleaner so that they don't inadvertently transfer contaminants from one home to another! ... or like scouring their equipment between jobs for the same reason.
They showed up on time had a list of valuables / breakables to be aware of and no nonsense off to work immediately. After a quick review for the staff to ensure that everything was understood
At the end of the work, again Michaela as there to ensure 100% satisfaction or it's put right.
