Great store!

Always a great experience. Bought a new LG TV. Price matched for $102 off. Amazing customer service. Patient and personable!! My BF is always a Walmart shopper for his electric needs, but this visit changed his opinion! We will be back for our next purchase! Great job, guys!

Omg!???? My sincerest apologies to The Source store & wonderful staff in Wasaga Beach, ON. I hadn't even posted a review yet, but Google Maps is showing that I only gave 3 stars. This is totally incorrect!???? There's NO WAY I'd ever give them such a low rating! I've been shopping at this store for years & the service is, & always has been, outstanding! I drive 40-45 mins outta my way just to come to this particular location!

As soon as u walk in, everyone is quite prompt.. without being pushy. They're friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & never make u feel rushed. Even if they're not quite sure about something in regards to the product(s) you're looking at/for, they'll go outta their way to get the most accurate info possible to help u make a more informed decision on what will work best for your needs.
Example: I was unsure about a certain wireless charger's compatibility to work with my Galaxy Note 9, a Galaxy S8 & two tablets, but they were were perfectly willing to take the time to show me, in-store, that it did indeed work for said devices! Needless to say, I purchased it.. along with a few other accessories????

But I'd like to point out that they do not try n talk u into buying more than u need. I mean, of course they give u accessory options but they don't make u feel like u absolutely have to have the items before leaving the store! As customers, we all know that we're perfectly capable of overspending at this time of year.. all on our own!???? If you're really undecided between a couple items, they'll help u make the best choice.. & if you're still torn, they'll suggest u review all the info & then decide later.

Sorry about my ridic loooong post???? But I felt I owed the Wasaga staff an apology with a proper & accurate review bc of the screwup Maps did to me! Hopefully some of this will be helpful to other ppl thinking of coming here????????????

Jack and Jamie are the dream team. I came in with a challenge and they did not stop until they had a solution for me. I was so grateful. That Wasaga Beach store Is definitely the place to do your shopping at Source. These folks know the value of stellar customer service. Thank you again!
