Three weeks ago I met with Yve to discuss selling my home and to go look at some houses. It was going to be a reference point for what was out there. We booked 3 houses to go see that were in the budget I was hoping to stick with. It was a great learning experience and I had a better sense of what today's market had to offer after having the walk through of each house.

As I was heading home I got a call 15 min later from Yve saying I think I have found a home that is more suited to your style. Before you know it we are going through that house and putting an offer in that day.

Yve provided solid advice about my offer on both buying and selling. In 3 weeks I had purchased a new home, had my home staged beautifully by Yve's contact and then sold on the 2nd day of the listing for over asking. Yve made what could have been a very stressful situation into a comfortable experience where I felt my best interests were at the forefront.
