Great store, has everything you need. Store is well laid out. Most the workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Brenda in hardware. Shes been there for ever and knows her stuff, i always go see her. They'll miss her when she retires, that's for sure! They should put a plaque up in her honour of holding the hardware/electrical dept together for all these years. I even remember her from the old store when Muncaster owned it. They're lucky to have someone so dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly.

Nice store to visit. Friendly and courteous staff for the most part. Avoid the service manager. Tried using the fear of God pressuring sales tactic on me while picking up my online tires purchase. I understand that your store relies on sales but simmer down and don't get offended when a customer stands up to you.

Poor service. Still didn't get what I needed. Waited over 20 minutes for an employee to come after asking another employee to call someone. Had to find another employee to assist me but couldn't help anyways. Was good before today.
