It was a good experience to stay in this hotel. The whole hotel theme is like you are back in 50s.
Room we stay in was actually designed nicely, with a real fireplace, comfy and clean beds, we also got a jacuzzi in a washroom, which was pretty nice.
In a basement of the hotel there was a bar with many entertainment and games, such as pool, table soccer and much more.
Only little disappointment we got was a breakfast, we aspect a bit more than a yogurt and serials.. but it most like was like this due to covid restrictions.
Overall experience was great, stuff members and owner of the hotel are great and friendly people.
Very clean and welcoming place. The owner greats you like your the most important person . Really loved it.
This is long overdue. I had the pleasure of spending a night here on our journey through Ontario. (in 2018) Don was an excellent host, and everything about this place felt so nostalgic, simple, and peaceful. We had delicious fish and chips from the restaurant nearby. Don even made us bacon and eggs with coffee first thing in the morning. The room was so quaint and cute .If I ever get the chance to get back to Red Rock, I will be booking a night or two here for sure ! Thanks again Don for your hospitality ! This was an experience we still talk about to this day.
We are moving to Alberta and we decided to stop for a night a little before thunder bay. I'm so glad that we did The Red Rock Inn is alive with history and it was like stepping back in time. Don and his wife are amazing hosts.. so friendly and accommodating. We will be stopping by 100% on our next trip through. Amazing photo opportunity as well.
Great spot to stay the night. I had a long drive ahead of me so I called to find out if food was available later in the evening & spoke to Donny the owner who was a great host of the Inn & a wealth of knowledge for the area. The place is very clean & nostalgic at the same time. beds were comfy and I had a great night sleep. They offer a continental breakfast and an option for bacon & eggs at an extra charge. I will stay here again when passing through.
