The only way we've found success in getting through to the store by phone is via the main Cnd tire corporate number. It took 2 days to get winter tires switched to summer & an alignment.

Upon completion, vehicle pulled and wasn't safely drivable since the tires were put in the wrong places.

Day 3, it was remedied properly at no extra charge.

Friendliness of service manager was great, customer communication low, quality of work is not ideal.

I have a new confidence in Canadian Tire Automotive Service! This most recent visit with no appointment was excellent. Within 2 1/2 hrs they were able to diagnose and address 3 seperate problems and luckily had the parts in stock.
