Delta Hotels by Marriott Thunder Bay

First time I stayed at the location. Check-in was ok. No major issues.

Parking is limited during COVID but you can park in the Valet at the back of the hotel.

Currently the restaurant is closed but due to open in the next few weeks.

Rooms are average. Typical Delta hotels rooms.

Downtown area is pretty quiet and not alot of restaurants open currently.

Would stay again in the future.

Friendly staff at the front desk, great location over looking the lake and nice comfy modern rooms. Good for both relaxing and working.

Very clean rooms. Excellent location downtown Thunder Bay. Seriously. Clean hotel. Great views. Only drawback is the parking is a hike. But worth it.

Very expensive for the room that was pointed at a busy street with heavy rail travel in between. I could hear the ice machine loud and clear from inside my room, as well as other guests walking through the halls. I would not recommend staying here for the price when there are better options in Thunder Bay.
That said the staff at the front desk was very friendly and the hotel was clean.

It was delight to have Jose as our groups bartender. He recommended us old fashion bourbon and some other signature drinks. Delicious and must try. Great customer service skills and place was super clean. Great ambience.
