We flew to Thunder Bay from southern Ontario for a weekend to look at a potential rental property to purchase for our daughter at Lakehead University. We met Jim on Saturday morning and were immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine personality. By lunch, we had found the place we wanted and Jim set to work to get it for us. It was not a simple, or easy, sale. However, Jim worked tirelessly around the clock for the next two weeks (even closing the deal while on a family vacation). Jim did not stop working after the closing date; he continued to act on our behalf well after the deal was done.

Jim is a man of integrity and morals in a time when such values are sadly scarce. I'd STRONGLY recommend Jim McCullough as a realtor to anyone.
