I needed a rear tire and was 1500 km's from home. I was placed in a priority line because I was travelling. Two hours after arrival, I had a new tire installed and the cost was comprable if not lower than what I would have paid in Southern Ontario. They went out of their way and even gave me a t-shirt. Great service and friendly staff. A nice selection of bikes and accessories as well.

Needed an emergency tire repair on our Ducati outside of Thunder Bay. Anticipated being stuck for the weekend (arriving into town at 4pm on a Friday).The guys at Excalibur had a tire for us installed and out the door that afternoon. Absolutely incredible experience. Very personable.

Pleasure to deal with all employees! They're always willing to go out of their way. Excellent service for a great price and completed in a timely manner, for all the equipment I bring. Excellent selection of helmets and riding gear. Outlet store also located at Intercity mall that also carries clothing and gear!

Purchased my first road bike from Excalibur this spring, a KTM Adventure. Larry and his team were a joy to deal with. Even in the midst of COVID it was still a pleasant experience. In the past I have dealt with many dealerships in southern Ontario. Thunder Bay is lucky to have such a great motorcycle shop, I wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else ????
