Good Doctors Thunder Bay

This is my favourite walk in that there is in town. I always feel respected, safe and understood in this clinic. The nurse is kind and really listens to any issues I have. I am always quickly seen to and the nurse does not rush through but takes time to listen and ask questions yet I never have to wait very long. She does an excellent job at matching me with the doctor who can best prescribe me my needed medication and has background in my area of concern. She also always makes sure that the doctor and I clearly understand eachother. Another great thing is the nurse always reminds me that if I have any issues to come back whenever I need wether it be for the same issue or something different and she will do her best to help me out. By far the best place to go

Also contrary to some reviews there are two or three brightly colored signs in bold letters stating there is no doctor in the building and that it is all online, the nurse also lets you know about this when you check in and they've done this since it first opened. The website also states that this is a virtual service and there will be no doctor in house

My daughter and I really appreciated the nurse and Doctor. They were kind, thorough, professional and we were treated With respect and dignity. Vast improvement from our experience at the red river clinic. Thank you so very much.
