I had a very good experience with Dr. Gupta. The operations went smoothly and with excellent result. The office staff are always busy and it is understandable if they can't respond quickly to phone calls, however that seems to be a problem with most doctor's offices these days. I found the office staff and doctor to be polite, pleasant and helpful.
