CARSTAR Thunder Bay (Half-Way Motors)

This is the second time that I needed the repair service at Carstar. My insurance company recommended the other company. However, I had a pleasant experience the first time I brought my car, so I insisted to my insurance company that I have the Carstar service. The staff, especially Daniel, were very helpful and professional, and the repair was fantastic. I noted a scratch that was not there when I brought the car in, and the staff fixed it with no problem.

It took little bit longer for my car repair after a collision because of the delays from my insurance company and parts arrival. But waiting was worth it. I couldn't recognize my car after repair. It looks like new. Everything is perfectly done. Staff was very courteous and explained me very well the reasons for delay.

Daniel was the most professional person I have ever dealt with. Took great care in giving me an appropriate estimate on the spot. Did amazing work and my car looks better than it did before. I will always recommend CARSTAR!
