I've been with Jones & Associates and Shawna is a heaven sent. She MADE sure I got the best price coverage as well as 100% understanding of the small print. Shawna responded to me by email, v-mail, text, snail mail and ALWAYS within less than 24hr. I had to "deal" with another employee bc Shawna was on holidays. Let's just say I'm TEAM SHAWNA.

I contacted Jones Ins. this past Thursday for auto insurance. I just moved back from BC a week ago and my BC car insurance expires tomorrow (Sunday), and I've been working back-to-back 12 hr shifts at my new job so I've been unable to take any time to switch my license over and insure my car here. I left everything very last minute, but Susanne accommodated me that same day. I had to gather some documentation and I knew she was very busy, but it was no matter; she knew it was important for me to be able to drive to work this Monday, and she squeezed me in 15 mins before their closing time on Friday so I could sign everything. She even stayed after closing time and ensured that I understood all of the terms. She was also very personable. This scenario was beyond stressful for me as allowing auto insurance policies in a difference province to elapse creates a whole new problem. Susanne stayed late on a beautiful sunny Friday and absolutely went out of her way to help me. I'll be a forever client.
