Went there two times in one day, and was greeted the second time with a big “AGAIN?”. Very unprofessional.

Great place to go if you're very hungry ...
I got a BLT sub and asked for extra crispy bacon. What I received was bacon that was completely soft and totally disgusting. My cousin who orders blue rare steak wouldn't even eat it. When I phoned to complain, the clerk just said "Thank you for telling me." No apology at all was given and apparently there are no managers there and they have no idea when one will be available. I am not impressed. Customer satisfaction is obviously not a priority.
**I received an email from the manager apologizing for my experience, so I have changed my rating to reflect that.
