We bought out first rv trailer but did not have a truck with 5th wheel capabilities so we called jellys ... Super nice they for warned us all possible problems we could run into while getting it transported 6hrs away and the one guy came out to meet with us to help us make sure the trailer was safe for travel before going ahead and buying...
In the end his truck was to tall to take the trailer however he did find someone to take it for us
Super happy with the customer service and great people.
