Renovation right now, it's good for all families kids classes also
Best martial arts club in the city by far.
I highly recommend training archery with Emmanuel. He is an incredible teacher, full of technical knowledge and has a keen eye to help students strive to be better archers. With his years of experience and expertise in communication, I would not recommend anyone else but him! The archery range is located in the lower level of the martial arts studio. It is a safe and private range where you can rest assured your equipment is secure. There are both adult classes and childrens classes too. Overall, I had a wonderful experience when taking the adult classes there! My only wish is that I lived closer and did not work so much!
An amazing school. Emmanuel - the owner and head instructor - is a treasure. If you are in the Toronto area, you owe it to yourself to check out his school. I live in Virginia, otherwise I would be frequent face there. I cannot stress enough, people travel to train with Manny. He is a very highly skilled martial artist, and an even more skilled teacher. Go, train, change your life.
As an older woman, I feel very comfortable going to any of the Fight Club's classes and seminars. And this comfort level, not feeling intimidated at all, is very important to me. The head instructor, Emmanuel, as well as other instructors, and other students, are "peaceful warriors". The training there is holistic as well as very practical, so I feel calm and confident while training, travelling, and working. I also learn from the kids' class how to bully-proof oneself! Sometimes I only do the Systema basic exercises / warm ups, and these keep me healthy and strong.
